Changes to Bookings

We aim to be as flexible as possible with changes:

Type of change Rule
Date changes Possible at any time, subject to availability. No fee.
Group size Confirmed at the time of booking. Reductions accepted up to 7 days before. Within 7 days, original group size is charged.
Tour content Adjustments accommodated where possible (e.g., alternative experience in case of rain or unforeseen conditions).

For any changes, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.


Cancellation Policy

Applies after booking confirmation (3 months before the experience). Before this point, cancellations and changes are handled flexibly.

Timing Charge
More than 7 days before No charge (100% refund)
7 days to 48 hours before 50% charged
48 hours to 24 hours before 75% charged
Within 24 hours 100% charged (no refund)

Cancellation fees will be reflected in the corresponding monthly invoice.


Exceptions

🌧️ Weather / Natural Disasters

If the experience cannot be safely conducted (typhoons, heavy snow, transport disruptions, earthquakes), guests receive:

In the unlikely event we need to cancel: full refund plus our apologies.

🤒 Illness / Unforeseen Circumstances

Within 24 hours of the experience, refunds are not available regardless of reason.

However, we offer one complimentary date change if notified as soon as possible, subject to availability.

⏰ Late Arrival / No-Show

Treated as same-day cancellation. No refund.
