1. Submit a booking request via the shared spreadsheet. We will create an unique one for each partner.
2. We confirm the calendar hold based on inputs on the shared spreadsheet
3. Booking is finalized 3 months before the experience date
4. Monthly invoice issued at month-end, payable by the 20th of the following month
